CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please take a moment to understand our cancellation policy.
  • Cancel within one week after your payment → 90% refund.
  • Cancel after one week and up to two months after your payment → 70% refund.
  • Cancel after two months and up to one month before the event → 50% refund.
  • Cancel within the month before the event → no refund.
  • This policy exists because we must secure hotels, pay for meals, reserve event spaces, schedule tours, and make deposits well in advance. In Colombia, most bookings require full payment or a minimum 50% deposit.
  • Under no circumstance—illness, accident, emergency, family situation—will refunds be issued beyond the terms stated above.
